With Community service in mind, Rotary Club of Dharwad Midtown has registered a Charitable Trust, known as ROTARY CLUB DHARWAD MIDTOWN CHARITABLE TRUST, under the chairmanship of Rtn.Mahesh Mamledesai.

It is a non-profit organization controlled by Charity Commissioner.
